2nd ICCMO India Congress in Association with ICCMO Russia "The Airway Truth".
Introduction the Breathing Wellness “ The Airway Truth”
Solving the airway-sleep-breathing problem on a global scale could result in significant cost savings across the health care spectrum like ENT, Pulmonologist, Dentist. It has the potential to reduce the effect of common chronic health concerns and change the lives of millions of lives of all ages who suffer from the compromised airway, sleep and breathing issues. This conference aims to raise awareness about the importance of treating specific airway conditions which impairs normal breathing during awareness and sleep. In addition to being good for your body, proper breathing is good for your mind too and can go a long way in helping to calm you down and reduce anxiety. Given that it’s free and doesn’t have any negative side effects, breathing correctly is a great step towards feeling better than anything. A healthy, open and fully functional airway leads to proper breathing especially at night which promotes deep sleep and rejuvenation our bodies need for optimal health and wellness. Only those who know how to breathe, survive. Normal breathing is silent breathing through your nose. It is quite effortless. It allows our bodies to go into normal deep, restorative sleep and to awake refreshed and ready to take on the new day. Snoring and sleep apnea are not normal breathing patterns and they are not healthy. The confluence of renowned speakers in the field of from all around the world. The Covid 19 situation is just not going away. On the contrary, it’s getting worse. It’s been a difficult pill to swallow but we, at ICCMO India, have had to take the unfortunate decision to cancel our 2nd ICCMO India Congress “The Airway Truth”. The original conference was scheduled on 27-30 March 2020 that was then postponed to 25-27 September 2020; hoping the circumstances would improve. But it sadly has not. However, in spite of the tremendous losses that we have suffered, and as a mark of respect and our word to our already registered delegates and those who were looking forward to, we are planning on hosting the conference on an online platform. The 17 lectures would be spread across 5 days at a time that would be suitable to all time zones. The dates are 26,27 September and 2,3,4 October. The plan is also to celebrate the O2 Day (International Oxygen Day) on 2 October by doing something special across the globe to spread the word of the importance of the airway. Looking forward to your cooperation.
